The only question is whether it will be a seated attack or an out of the saddle attack, and whether Quintana and Nibali will even try to stay on his wheel

What an engine he has, Küng. 21 years of age and already demolishing seasoned pros. He wil be a dominant rider for years to come.

"I like the rain, I like the cold," Küng said after the race. "I also said to the mechanic this morning put on a 54 chainring."

Excellent.

I heard that AG2R have problems with their tires when it rains.
How is this possible in 2015?

Stannard, Pate, Rowe, Viviani are no climbers

Froome will have only Roche and an out of form Thomas, so there will be no Sky train
You never know. 2 years ago that was also the case for Geraint Thomas :p
In all seriousness, I agree that Froome will be isolated when it really matters. Katusha and Astana will definitely try something

Etixx are always very good in rain too. Guess there is still a vast difference between the different manufacturers.

Just me who thinks the break might have a chance tomorrow? Or will likes of Astana chase? Unless they put someone in the break

Anyone know what happened to Kennaugh?

Kennaugh on twitter :"Didn't have the fitness today after my time off with injury. That's life, onto the next one California."

I'm sure the boys will smash it tomorrow ! Hopefully the weather is better for them :)

lets see if finishing 10mins+ every day will help Pate, Stannard and Rowe to be there at least on the penultimate climb :D

Also i don't understand why Viviani started today and risk a cold before Giro, i guess doing training km's.

Sky should have brought Dombrowski, he's fond of the Swiss roads.

Fantastic win for Küng. Amazing talent, great rider.

Tomorrow I expect a great stage with a lot of action. In the beginning Sky should control the race, then I expect Movistar to take control and pull on the climbs. Astana and Katusha have multiple cards to play so they should try something, especially Astana. Prediction: Quintana and Špilak will pull away from the rest and gain seconds on Froome.

You can't be serious.
The worse the weather is, the better for Spilak.

Stage 5 looks exiting! The penultimate climb could be suitable for attacks for the gc guys as there's only 6km of descent before the last climb.

Col des Mosses – km 63.8 (cat. 1) - 13.7 km, 4% (max. 9%)
Les Giettes – km 105.8 (cat. 1) - 9.4 km, 7.6% (max. 11%)
La Petite Forclaz – km 142.1 (cat. 1) - 5.1 km, 9.8% (max. 13%)
Champex-Lac – km 162.7 (cat. 1) - 14.2 km, 7% (max. 13%)

Will we get live coverage of the penultimate climb? Things could start getting interesting there considering both Astana and Katusha have multiple options to attack and Sky doesn't look strong

I was confused. Quintana rides well in the bad conditions, too.
