Hey, at least we got a move that was some way meaningful before the final climb. When was the last time we had that in Flèche? That was Fabian Wegmann, wasn't it? That was 5-6 years ago now.

They went pretty hard at the penultimate mur in 2010.

I don't really care about the UCI points, so correct me if I'm wrong: a couple years ago they got rid of points below 10th place to encourage attacks; did they go back on that?

Weird to answer myself, but I felt like checking. Pts down to 10th place for this, and below 7th the points are so few no team leader would care.
