wow.. Porte is just falling apart now. For someone who said that his team mate is ready to rally and gain time after loosing time, now he didn't even honoring his team by gave up today??

His highness Contador already asked for it officially in the ESP interview. Just wonder why he didn´t ask for the same mercy when the Porte incident happened a few days ago.

Even if he gave up on this race, which would be understandable, he would be a leader on most teams for the tour. Granted, he'll never be at Contador's level, but he's a much better GC option for the tour than all but a handful of guys. I can see this even without being a fan of his.
