Brilliant... hate Orica or not. All they did with Clarke being up front group, then setting up... then Matthews. Two options... perfect.

I mean orica raced negative the last 30km while they could take hold of pink more solidly they also had Matthews who was almost certain to win and keep pink. So I didnt like that, but there is something to say for it.
Then there are 20 teams that know Matthews will win the sprint for sure and what are all of them doing? Creating sprint trains? Wtfffff

Attack attack attack... Out of all teams only Sky understood.

I think they are all scared of getting caught up in crashes, so are even more desperate than usual to be right at the front by the end. Pretty defensive racing all around.

Wtfffff is everybody doing. The amount of ridiculousness is beyond me.

Im just baffled at the amount of idiocy today.

Can you elaborate? I missed the stage.

Astana had 8 riders in the bunch. They decided to create a freaking sprint train for Tiralongo... Seriously?

They couldve attacked non stop trying to attack an very reduced bunch with only 2 fresh orica riders.

Hopefully someone else beats Gerrans/Matthews tomorrow.
