The team time trial shouldn't make much differences, and there's plenty of the road before the individual. That individual is really the breaking point of the race... it's almost equally important with what time gaps they'll start it, as it's where they'll finish it. He might lose time to Porte and/or Urán in the time trials. that looks promising for the mountain stages.
