If he don't it is because he as chose not too target it as a main goal. Like i said in the predicitons i don't think he can win the TDF next year if he does the Giro. If he did just the TDF as main goal for 2-3 years he as a very good chance but he is now interested in the Giro again as he probably wants multiple GT's in the Giro he also feels robbed i bet after 2011. Their is one man who can beat him in good shape and that is Froome when both in form imo they are close.

You think Nibali is the man nowadays, Nibali is a ducker that is all. "I will go for the double" he said then it is "oh but the team like Aru", im sure a TDF winner picks what he does Nibali has final say on that salary. Nibali know's Contador has is number, you should watch the Giro 2011 Contador toyed with him like a little baby. Nibali had to ride tempo as Contador blew them all up. Nibali was doing the Giro untill Contador announced he would ride no way he thought the TDF would work out this lucky again.

Nibali's form in the 2011 Giro is very different to Nibali's form in the 2014 Tour. He has improved.

No, but it's mostly just picking up jerseys is some regions of spain, at the coast of Italy, across whole Italy and in Paris

Actually,I'm pretty sure that Algarve will be again on AC radar.I go for Algarve - Tirreno - Catalunya - long mountain training camp on Teide and Trentino or FW and LBL to be back in form racing for Giro.
 
I think Froome will go for the usual: Oman, Tirreno, Romandie, Dauphine, Tour. Possibly the new Yorkshire race and LBL too.

The usual is being on the starting list of LBL and then dropping out
 
My main prediction is for Contador to not win TdF and then there will be a ****storm about what would have happened if he did not do the Giro.

My prediction for Contador: he will not ride or finish the Giro. There will be an excuse since it's too much at stake in the Tour.

Can we go for a three way bet? I don't think he'll win if he does ride it because he'll be trying to save himself where possible. I also maintain Froome will ride the Giro, but I'm not going to bet on THAT.
