That's a Mega-train for Greipel.
Good to see Henderson there. He did really good in ZLM. Great prologue and some awesome lead-out in which he almost beat anyone but Greipel.

Yes - his leg is injured. He fractured his tibia, supposedly in La Flèche Wallonne.
Not a surprise for me, because I think Cannondale wll have between 4 and 6 rouleurs and the climbing spots will go to Talansky, Hesjedal, Martin and possibly Cardoso and King. Bit of a shame, because Tom started his season well, but that knee injury during the Giro complicated his GT prospects for this year. If he rides Colorado, then no Vuelta for him as well. I wonder if he gets a contract extension for 2016, because he has expressed the will to continue with Cannondale for another year.pastronef said:Danielson does not ride. he's back in US and will start Utah and Colorado. via his twitter
That's pretty much standard train for Greipel. He had exactly the same train 1, 2 and 3 years ago. Only Debusschere replaced Roelandts.Velolover2 said:Vasilis said:Lotto Soudal confirmed:

Very good team for the first 9 days, but in the high mountains, Van Garderen may find himself alone. He needs to count either on Sanchez not deteriotating since last Vuelta or on Caruso not being overly tired after Giro.b.broadhurst said:Roster:

Cavendish hasn't impressed at all this season. He was nowhere again in Switzerland.Velolover2 said:Cavendish is hardier.
Yeah I agree. I wouldn't even be surprised if Greipel or Kristoff are able to beat Cav in a flat sprint.Jagartrott said:Cavendish hasn't impressed at all this season. He was nowhere again in Switzerland.Velolover2 said:Cavendish is hardier.
I'm curious if he'll be competitive here. He seems to lack that edge/eagerness he used to have. He shouldn't have gotten those kids yet - they drop your testosterone level.

I like the trio of Wellens, Gallopin and De Gendt as stage hunters. They should get at least one stage between them.

Guessing you two paid no attention to the only race they both rode where Cav had Andre covered.
Cavendish has never ridden Suisse for stage wins. 16 wins (inc. jerseys) this season suggests he's ticking over OK.

None of those are WT wins though.

Both him and Phinney recovering from bad injuries. Stetina would have been included instead of a likely tired Caruso and Phinney would have made their TTT even stronger.
