Oh, and since nobody is challenging Chris Froome in the actual race, and some of us want to believe that he can/could be challenged, we therefore speculate about what might have been with a rider who has won all of the grand tours multiple times, and who is particularly strong in mountainous time trials.

Thanks. That means the current cut-off time is about 42'31".
We already have the lowest time.
