If you wanna know how much a disclocated jaw hurts, take a dislocated shoulder and multiplie by 4

Kennaugh was never supposed to ride the Tour. he´ll ride the Vuelta and his wife will give birth to his 2nd kid during the TDF

Yes. They are eligible to compete and get the winner's trophy. The best placed local (italian in this case) gets the jersey
