Quickstep botched that quite badly. Trentin worked like a dog to keep Landa clear of his own teammate.

I agree that Lands should win. But this is too much. There is a lot of tough racing and stiff competition.

Remember last year with the top-3 within 1 second
Considering Landa's level in TDF and San Sebastian, those 15s should be more than enough to comfortably take the win.

Lopez is the only guy who can threat him. Not power-wise, but if Landa's form is dropping this week after a hard Giro + Tour. To be clear: if. I don't expect it to happen really.
But i shouldn't discount Moreno. I mean, for sure he's not at his former level anymore. But he always rides well in Burgos, especially on Neila.

Landa has quite a few accomplishments, but I don't think putting a few seconds into Chernetski, Trentin and Hansen on that finish ranks all that highly among them. If he hadn't dropped them it would be cause for concern.
