I wouldn't ignore Kiryienka for podium, or even being a close contender. This course suits him a lot, he has shown form in TOB and he is really good in one-day time trials.

Ive checked the weather for this date every year back to the last sunny day, it was 2012 .

Still it looks good though, no rain still for forecast .. SUnny at start 16th to ELite time trial at 20th..

The U23 time trial is longer than the professional time trial.

Yes but no hill finish with 10 percent average and up to 20 percent some places .. THey do the normal thing

Seriously, if he carries this form until the ITT, he has very good chances of podium.

There is a limit to how much you can lose/win in a 3.5 km hill finish .. Ill say 90 seconds among the favs

Everyone is gonna change bike before the first turn in that hill, u cant go up with a TT bike.. Simple.

Well of course you can, but it's not ideal. TT bikes are usually quite a bit heavier than the bikes they use for climbing. That makes you slower in the first place. In the second place the TT bikes do not have the optimal gearings for climbing.
