The Rohan is looking great for the ITT

I'll believe THAT when I actually see it !! Whilst Dennis has the talent to be a World Champion in the ITT; when it comes to the World stage (as against GT prologues), he's been the great "gunna be". Has gone into last 2 Worlds plus Olympics as either the favourite or 2nd favourite (at worst) .... and has come away with nothing.

Granted, he had some bad luck with a mechanical in Rio but even then, it was probably bronze at best. About time he lived up to the hype .... and lets face it, he may as well concentrate on being a "chrono man" because he sure as hell won't ever be a GC rider (despite the talk).

Once again, TTT shows it's all about the team and not the names.

Tbf, they have the favourite for the ITT, and Kamna will be one of the best time trialists in the world in a few years. Matthews, Anderson, Kelderman and Oomen are all good time trialists too. Their 4th,5th and 6th guys not a lot weaker really helped them.

Dennis and Kung were dropping the rest of their team when they rode hard at the end which really cost BMC some seconds. They really missed Phinney from this year's squad. Even the loss of Quinziato who wasn't at 100% and having to be replaced by Van Garderen probably cost them it. Quinziato at 100% would have been worth an extra few seconds
