It's probably just wind change. He's basically the same as Kruijswijk and they're only 6s down on Kelderman and Birdsong who are down 10s+ on Yates and Thomas

Based on these times, it's worse than that I think, and in fairness it was predicted pre-stage. Not the first time Ineos and Mitchelton are the teams to get this right either.
