Found it! I knew there was something that EF reminded me of in particular.

It's CC Loulé-Louletano-Orbitur-Aquashow in circa 2009-10.

I think they're trying to look like the entire Portuguese péloton of that era at the same time, to be honest, as there's definitely hints of 2008 LA-MSS, 2008 Barbot-Siper and 2009 Madeinox-Boavista about them too.

A further minus point for making me think of João Cabreira unintentionally.

Actually I think they are just trying to be cool, young and different and there is that Skater fashion to mix the most impossible patterns - although I think the high tide of that is over. It's attention seeking to me. I am usually not exactly conservative. But plain will be plain will be plain. The tight spaced dots for which Rapha has a thing are plain by themselves. The placement of the logos is plain as *** And the fire-induced faces on the sides don't make it better. I really have to get over this to be able to enjoy the race...

I hope the gusts of wind aren't becoming too dangerous (riding a disc with sidewind on a 100K/hr downhill isn't really comforting!).
Campenaerts' crash however was purely about braking enough before the corner.
He bragged before the TT that his bike had disc wheels and thus he could brake faster than Ganna on rim brakes (and thus would gain some seconds in the hairpins).
That backfired quickly.

His talents for bottling ITTs are spectacular.

Both the opening ascent and following descent look different than on the profile.
Warning crash for the riders to come. Something positive out of it at least.

They say wind gonna calm down around 15:00 and that could favor early starters, but I'm not particularly convinced, cause it's kinda lateral.
Dunno.

Alex Dowsett sets a first best time - and quickly beaten by Bilbao - of over 50 KpH! This is gonna be fast...
