Kluge already beating Campenaerts' time.
Could be an energy gel. But what a fantastic picture. Cycling in its purest form. Those strade bianche or cyclocross roads were the rule rather than the exception, especially in the mountains. From 1935, guy in the back is climbing while having a smoke. You don't see that nowadays
I’d call it more...participating, than racing but yeah...Van Garderen is still racing?
Castroviejo first now.Kluge already beating Campenaerts' time.
I don't know why on ES Hatch and Kelly were talking about him as a big favourite. Didn't he say multiple times this season he didn't do a lot of TT training and has been medioce (for his standards) in every TT he's taken part.Kluge already beating Campenaerts' time.
Had Campenearts been born just a few years earlier he would have enjoyed crazy publicity as the best Belgian TT'er by far. I wonder if getting beaten by both WVA and Evenepoel hit his confidence a bit too hard.
Possibly. Will the winner go under 9 minutes?
