You might be able to blame the rider who crashes, but what about the riders that get taken out by the crash? "Non zero"?! That could be 1% or a 100%, right? Stuff on the road (tacks, gravel, goat heads...) could certainly cause flats and crashes.at the risk of a pointless debate there is a non-zero percentage of flat tires that are the riders fault.
And for crashes in the last 3 km - lots are the riders fault
