Serious question: why does this race exist? What is gained by excluding Australia and Colombia from a nations race? Also why do you need an extra nations race right before worlds? (The fact that some nations aren't even there suggests this extra event is not necessary.)

What is gained from excluding the entire world sans Oceania from the Oceanic Championships? I do wonder so myself.

Would be a bit weird to have Australia and Colombia at the European Championships.

They've managed it well, Trentin controlled middle of it really well, and it meant that Affini and Cattaneo were fresh for the first time they really needed to chase (lateish, with 50km to go)

The motards have been giving some nice draft to the peloton, and now that the gap has decreased significantly on the verge of being closed, the lead group gets a draft.

I can't wait for innovation to hit cycling. These motards are so infuriating.
