yup. Someone should do a 'lorena wiebes is the next Wout' thread.
Well I've been known to change thread titles quite a lot though.Pretty sure Samu already made a Wiebes thread.
It looked like she hit a pothole. Poor girls. At least Niedermaier did get a great win yesterday. Hopefully she can get patched up and back to racing soon.
Yes, but it was still a serious mistake on Žigart's part. A crash like that is unacceptable, because she clearly seemed distracted. Sad for Niedermaier who raced very well and I hope that she will recover soon.
Why is she retiring?
She probably can't nor won't continue to train that much for the rest of her life. But there's always a chance she ends up retiring next year instead. Why is she retiring?
shes just a few days younger than me!
I'm sure we can type faster on online forums than her, That requires a good deal of practice, too.I have a suspicion she trains a bit more than you.
Concussion & cuts & bruisesZigart abandon. It's on the teams twitter.
It's amazing that the the sheer number of bad injuries AVV's had haven't slowed her down (although obviously she would've won even more without them). She probably can't nor won't continue to train that much for the rest of her life. Almost certainly would have won the Olympic RR in 2016 if she hadn't crashed. -- I feared for her life on that one. It's amazing that the the sheer number of bad injuries AVV's had haven't slowed her down (although obviously she would've won even more without them).
She definitely has more willpower and determination than most riders. It's amazing that the the sheer number of bad injuries AVV's had haven't slowed her down (although obviously she would've won even more without them).
She's certainly got something more than most riders... only Demi seems to be matching her on training ride pictures on Instagram this season. She definitely has more willpower and determination than most riders.
