I got most of those although I'd always associated DSM with that Dyneema stuff they stuck in the clothing to reduce the impact of crashes, so food and nutrition was a bit of a wild guess.

We've had a Danish as our starter, we've had an alpine main course, now it's time for the Pyrenean dessert. We can sip our coffee as we cruise into Paris on Sunday. On any given Sunday, you can win like a man but you've got to be able to lose like a man also. Man up, Vinnie.

Random thought; what might have gone through the heads of some of the riders getting gobbled up by Vingegaard on the Granon stage:

"Oh, right. He's starting now... hang on... that's not Pogacar!"

"A Danish family visits a Dutch family they met on a holiday. What was supposed to be an idyllic weekend slowly starts unraveling as the Danes try to stay polite in the face of unpleasantness. "

No, it's not a story about Vingegaard and his Jumbo Visma team, but a Danish/utch thriller movie. Apparently it's pretty good.
