I guess the best choice would be to move this thread to Cafe section and create a new, clean one, in the Road section and finish all the kind of OT discussion that is going on right now in this thread about meta-stuff related to forum rules and mods' decisions.

To be completely honest (maybe too much!) I sometimes like to read LaFlo's(and other fanboys'/fangirls') OT i-want-to-express-my-love-for-AC stuff (this goes to other rider's fanboys as well). I find in it a kind of perverse and bizarre entertainment, I guess in the range of cartoon people's interest in watching crack babies fight in South Parks's episode on "Crack Baby Athletic Association" (S15E5).

She's an easy target because she is young and perhaps a bit imature, but she dosent really hurt anyone with her posts. She happens to like Bertie a lot, just like every other young person has idols... There should be room for that here and has been so in the past. So what's the problem all of a sudden?

I wonder if it's a good idea to ride the TTT.

I guess Contador needs to do it for the team points, let's just hope he still he has enough energy left for the ITT, the RR and Lombardia but he should have.

Well, there is a three day gap bw the TTT and the ITT and he won't have to pull the bunch on his own, so he should be ok.

Oh I thought he was confirmed to do so but i'm happy with it though.

HE was originalley chosen to do the TTT but withdrew (Boaro will replace him according to team website). Haven't heard anything about why he withdrew. Most likely to focus on ITT and RR.

I will be out of town for the ITT Worlds but hope Alberto can do the ITT ride of his life and takes gold. We shall see! Meanwhile hope he is training and not just partying!

He has good chances in the ITT, it's pretty hilly. I don't see tanks like Tony or Cance (is he even riding?) taking this.

He is resting to assimilate the efforts he did at Vuelta. That should give him a nice form
