Now that I think of it I am happy Alberto won't win the Tour this year because that hideous jersey is so ridiculous I would even refuse to wear it. Le coq sportif second year in a row a ugly jersey, should've stuck with Nike

If I counted correctly 4th victory of the year for equipo Specialized-Fundacion Alberto Contador. They finished 1-2-3-4-5-6:cool:

Team Saxo-Tinkoff rename

Saxo-Tinkoff should be renamed to Contardor Team Saxo-Tinkoff. I just looked at the world tour ranking and after AC the next Saxo guy is at 58. i have not heard SaxoT feature prominently in any race this season unless AC is around. Its ridiculous. For all those with the illusion that AC can win just about everything even with a lacklusture team, they need to wake up. I have grave doubts that AC can win anything significant with this team. Other teams, and I mean teams, not individuals are much stronger. And Teams can nullify individual strengths

Euh have you watched the giro of 2011?

If Contador has that shape his team's strength isn't that relevant.

Btw his GT team is not bad at all. Look at vuelta of 2012, he had the best team together with movistar, while his team sucked therefore. All that mattered was the vuelta.

Kreuziger, Rogers, CAS, Roche is a bad team for a GT? Wake up.

My point is Teams have gotten stronger. We cannot live in the past glories. Team Sky is far stronger than 2011. Katusha is stronger as well. Movistar is strong and I would say even Astana is stronger. BMC is packed with grandDads so I can't really count them.

So where are the Kreuziger, Rogers etc? What exactly is the game plan? Perhaps these folks are not prepared to do domestique for AC? I am not getting it. I am yet to be convinced that some of these riders will do domestique for AC. I still remember the same Porte who bluntly refused at the 2010 tour to support AC, instead was ready to help his fellow aussie Evans. i think AC should test out all these folks and determine who has really got his back or not.

Guess you missed T-A? Roman rode very strongly in support of AC. The rest seem nowhere though....hoping Rogers finds some form!

LOL it's the best he had and the question was would they dom for him. Roman certainly will! Rogers never there so don't know. Roche? The rest will turn themselves inside out for him but aren't very strong :(

Skyborgs are just that Borgs :(
