I dont understand a word of luxembourgish. What does it say? They don't seem to have the article in french

It states that Andy laughs at the rumours and that he is optimistic about the future.

Not fluent in Lux either and there is little context, but I'll (in absence of Lux in google translate) I'll make an attempt. (To our lux readers, please correct me if I am wrong)

Andy Schleck zu RTL: Geschicht vu München *** lächerlech

Andy Schleck to RTL: The story about Munchen is ridiculous

Den Andy Schleck reagéiert op der Télé op Rumeuren, déi an der Lescht iwwer hien zirkuléieren, hie géing léiwer Alkohol drénken, ewéi um Vëlo trainéieren.

Andy Schleck responds on TV to recently circulating/emerging rumours that he'd much rather goes out to drink alcohol instead of training on his bike.

Den Andy seet, d’Geschicht vu München wier lächerlech; do hat jo e franséische Politiker op Facebook gesot, hien hätt den Andy voll an engem Lift gesinn. Den Andy Schleck seet weider, datt hien optimistesch an d’Zukunft kuckt.

Andy says the Munchen story is ridiculous. A French politician posted on facebook, that he had seen Andy [voll=drunk?] in an elevator. Andy also states that he is optimistic about the future.

I guess they have more later on TV, because this is very little to go on. He seems to just shrug it of without really denying the incident?

Hi

I am a luxemburgish speaking native and can confirm the translation made by Bala Verde.

Voll means drunk

If he is going to speak on TV, it means that he follow the wish of Team Owner Flavio Becca, who requested Andy to speak in public about the story of Munich and his future/commitment.

Regards,
Modem

He's looking good
Leaving impression of a self-collected man. Not even close to some depressed sot.
He's maybe too optimistic regarding his form, though.

So some anger in the belly? Or, just residual tequila?

If it's true that Andy is struggling with depression I take back what I've said about him and apologise. He looks good in the tv interview posted earlier, but I don't think it's possible to draw any conclusions from that in this regard.

"I'll keep working and I know that the people who believe in me will keep believing in me. I hope it will work out better in the future. My goals are still the same: the classics with Liege and the Tour de France. I hope I can show a high level of form and we'll see how far that will take me." Schleck and I hope.

The problem is that he often said something like this and then wasn't able to proove it. Let's hope he's getting back on track...LBL should be too soon, but a good TdF is still possible for him.

Getting ready for his first ITT performance of the season.

I predict a glorious 104th place finish.

Considering his situation that would be glorious.

Worst thing of all is that i'm not even trolling unless only 104 guys participate:D

He is listed as a starter in the Criterium International this weekend.
Bookies have paired Andy with a neo-pro from La Pomme Marseille Team and iit is a close call for the overall in the Criterium!

If he really thinks he can make a good impression in LBL in a month time, tomorrow he will have to do a decent ride.
