The Panzer for the win. Menchov you would think will want to test his legs before the Giro. Evans for the overall.

I think it will be close between Martin, Vino, Pinotti, and Cadel. Martin is a superior TT, but the up and down course, especially the early climb favors those that can produce a explosive burst then settle into a rhythm, whichsuits Vino more, just not sure if 48 seconds is enough. Vino starting last out of the 3 will certainly be a big factor.

Depending on Millar's form, he could have a shot for the stage, but I dont know if he has recover from sickness/injury that kept him out of the classics.

My outside pick though (I can't believe I ever thought I say this) would be Danielson. This course is one that could suit him if he is on form and has his head screwed on right (30/70 chance of yes)

Actually qiet interesting to compare Tony and Menchov. It's stunning how much more massive Tony is. Andy Mennchov isn't considered the skinniest rider in the peleton. But compared to Tony he's a broom stick

Different camera angle, scale, and breathing pattern.

They really don't look very different if you account for those.

Even Bruyneel is tipping Martin for the win...
Wondering where Phinney will end up...

So Cuddles vs Vino.

Harmon is going to be unbearable today.

Lovely clean english speaking Cuddles vs the evil East european dope taking Kazakh.

I`m not saying Martin won`t win any, I`m just saying he needs to lose some weight. Just like Wiggo did.

Taylor Phinney has hit the deck already. Bike handling isn't this guy's forte, it seems.
The USA's answer to Juan Mauricio Soler.

Clearly Tony Martin is a strict follower of the Jan Ullrich Sausage Scoffing Diet!

Have you looked at the course? Not really Grabsch' ideal terrain.

Yup, but I increasingly get the feeling he's long since given up trying 99% of the time and is perfectly happy being 4th man in a leadout train for his last year or two.
