motor?
that last fall?
that last push for the line?

two falls, tough circuit and against some of the best climbers and only Roglic dig did something to his gap, look at the likes of Alaphilippe,Doumulin and company who actually lost time on him on last two tough circuits if you take of 20 seconds from the falls.
This screams old Vinokourov, but its nothing special compared to some of the Astana performances of past few years, no proof of course but I am not going to watch any cycling for a while. Seen enough not to believe this wasn't on juice

Re: Re:

Most moronic idea that the fall had to do with a motor, first fall he misjudged his speed going into the corner, second fall he started pushing down on the pedals to early.

I never laughed so much since the Giro days of Mikel and Fabio.

Oh, Jakob and Alexey, you’re hilarious.

Pffff give me a break.

This is nowhere near Fabio and Mikel? Both Fuglsang and Lutsenko have marginaly improved if anything since last year.
Fuglsang was lucky with his attack, he would never be able to follow Yates if he waited until the final, Lutsenko finished over 3 minutes down today?

It's not anymore suspicious then last year, nothing has changed other then they have been lucky with the timing of the attacks. To act like this is something entierly new is sensationalism

They are lucky to have such legs.

Same strength in those legs as last year
Pretty much. Lutsenko has obviously lost some weight since last year though and kept most of the power = a somewhat better version of himself. Birdsong is just doing what he's been doing in Astana over last few years, that is being a very very strong 1-week stage racer who's now having the luck with him rather than against him for once.

When we get to October and Astana and QS are still winning everything, I think we might be justified to wonder how.

The fact is Astana despite two podiums from Lopez in GT's weren't strong as a team - There was no Sky riding in the front on mountain climbs.

What's more hilarious: Astana's performance or the Astana fanboys defending this ridicilous team?

I would wait till they won 5-6 GT's to call them ridiculous team...

That's a fair comment. The statement should be amended for now to a team of ridiculous individuals until then.

And on and on and on.

How many physically incredible performances this year? I don’t have enough fingers.

Honestly the whole newest album doesn't bother me more than, say, the 2015 one, but that sleeper hit song really does. Why now exactly, Jakob?

Why hasn't this team been rebranded Nursultan Pro Team anyway?
Guessing it's just to save the hassle of changing all the kit and stuff.
Air Astana is also not changing its name.

Fuglsang and Astana are suscpious. It's not like Astana have the best reputation, but then again Fuglsang has always been talented. Valverde peaked at 34 aswell :DD. Nah i believe they are cheating, but then again, Geraints transformation to tour winner was more suscpisious.

Nothing to see here, folks.
Vino has this under control.
Now just move along and enjoy the rest of your day.

2013 Giro
2014 TDF
2015 Vuelta
2016 Giro

:D

I guess they're officially a ridiculous team now.

Re:

Fuglsang at LBL was insane, as expected. I didn't think too much of his "form" at AGR ...but after FW I knew we were in for a treat. Turning into a proper wall specialist at age 34? Yeah, sure, why not?

I kinda wish he'd attacked from the bottom of the Mur de Huy. Would have loved to see that.
