I agree with those that say he's probably one of the cleaner riders in the pro ranks. Always been there, steady improvement over the years...
As to him being totally clean... Let's just say I don't believe it's possible to get a top 10 in the Tour totally clean. Especially the more you move back into the past (1991-2005).
Anyway, I always liked Carlos both as a rider and as a person. Hope he hasn't used up too much ammo at the Giro and he'll be able to duke it out with Contador and the Schlecklet at the Tour.
