Jokes aside. Not feeling well in some environment can have other causes too. For example at Visma now Cian says is happy. He said he feels like being surrounded with Cians. So it will be interesting to see if that other Cians will let him move up the pecking order with or without some elbow effort involved. On the other hand i just read an article where Dumoulin said he didn't feel well at JV. Due to JV being too structured and he needed more autonomy and freedom. So all in all it will be interesting to see the benefit of Cian moving to a more structured team and i assume Rogla to more loose team. On how Cian will cope with rigid structure and on how Rogla will i guess try to enforce some structure.

And lets not forget JV was accused of bullying. By Bora. Time to give back?

I think you'll find that at the time of V|LAB announcing that he would be signing for them, that was far from the case.

We don't because it was done properly, both sides agreed to a deal before any announcement was made. The two situations would only be similar if Bora had announced the signing of Roglic and then the next day Visma said "no he has a contract with us for next year". See how that's not the same?

Isn't there a performance mechanism w.r.t bonuses for race wins already. PatLef is said to have used this to great effect in hiring especially with Gilbert

MJ made an accusation in terms that required the software to censor it: it was not directed at anybody specifically, but followed two posts I made (responses to comments made in answer to my raising the question of whether the breach of rule 2.15.121-3 was being dropped). So I asked who he was referring to and he responded with a laughing emoji.

I sent a PM (because I would consider it far better manners for a dispute between two individuals to be conducted away from the public gaze) asking again who he meant, he was initially vague again, but then made another ad hominem attack.

So I asked him specific questions by which he might justify his attacks on me, which he declined to answer in PM, instead denouncing me to a mod.

If he would like to answer the questions here instead, I would be happy to see his answers. I'll post them again if he needs a reminder.

I'll post this with the risk of a ban that I could care less about, even permanent......why don't you post every, and I mean EVERY pm that you sent me including those after I was told by a mod YOU were told to stop sending them. I don't give an F how long you have been a member or how many posts you have on record, or how many of the current and past mods are your "internet friends". I won't put up with your BS.
