As Red Rick said it depends what those who have finished the tour have left in legs/recovered this week. Ordinarily they should be favoured over those without the tour in their legs.
Difficult to call a favourite between Wout and Pog as it depends on how it is raced I think. Instinct tells me Pog may make the race too difficult for Wout, but Wout’s form in the Tour was immense.

It's unsure WVA is starting, they are making the decision today. Apparently he was feeling tired after the TDF, which I guess is understandable after what he did there for 3 weeks
 
No Landa as well. Seems everyone is afraid to race Remco.
