Quintana wants to do the Tour this year because he knows next year he will have to face a Esteban Chaves fully matured.

I think we got a lot out of these numbers. If clinic logic states that lack of OOC testing means doping, it also means that the most OOC testing means the cleanest.
We can conclude that all west coast americans are dirty and that they shouldn't be allowed to train. No one should go to California at all, even if they live there, in between blocks of races. For "Training". Like there is anything special in California.
We can conclude that Tour of California is the dirtiest race, that everyone in it is obviously doping (Explains why Sagan is winning so much). Now we know why Amgen sponsors it. They probably give EPO to the podium winners at each stage.
We can also conclude that the Russians are the cleanest athletes out there.
This further proves that Katusha being denied a WT license last year was due to something other than doping, like the UCI hinted.
We know Dennis Menchov was clean.
We also know that the Swiss are 2nd cleanest. Therefore, Cancellara is also one of the cleanest riders out there. I'm glad we can all agree how to interpret the number of tests.

quintana is no doper. he has natural hematocrite of 49% and comes from saldarriaga school. the cleanest team and trainer in the world no doubt. quintana has nothing to gain from doping fysically. the whole reason colombians are starting to dominate cycling is because cycling is getting clean in europe. the 80s there were no super products either and the colombian got betetr with every year until epo came about.

LOL @ this. Nobody thinks their guys dope.

Brits: Our guys don't dope.
Colombians: Our guys don't dope.
Americans: Our guys don't dope.
Spanish: Our guys don't test positive.

I'm nopt saying that at all. I know in domestic colombian cycling tons are doped. some dope themselves full of danger riding aroudn with more than 65% hematocrites. however quintana wasn't and isn't that. if one knows his full development from young rider. the trainers he's had you can know that. of course if you believe movistar are doped then maybe you think quintana is doped but I know for 100% fact he was never doped until he went to movistar and I believe movistar are clean

In Southern California, there is something VERY special. Mexico.

You mean the one where the UCI did not perform any tests?

How do you know 100% Ryo? I personally believe there is a good chance Quintana could be clean. But I could never say I'm 100% sure. Do you have any verifiable facts that support your reasoning that he is 100% clean?

Ryo strikes me as somebody not particulalry interested in reasonable arguments, but you can always try.

There is also the "he won the hills competition at Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux/Tour de la province de Liege/any other **** small race so it's normal that he is climbing the high mountains with the best" kind.

yes the fact that he worked and rode under saldarriaga. if you ever known this man you know how he works, trains and thinks. people think garmin is clean. I rather stick my hand in the fire for saldarriaga than for vaughters and garmin.

Wait what? Movistar?

You know Valverde rides for them, right?

valverde I'm sure doped in kelme. one has to only look at his results and especially weay of riding at that team at age 22-23 etc. he's a completley different rider now. and his incredible talent dating back from his novice days and earlier I don't think anyone will dispute

Quintana had Belda as a director at his first team.

But I am 100% certain that Boyaca was his only team where there was no doping.

Colombians: Our guys don't dope because it would have no effect.
Americans: Our guys used to dope but they don't now, all stopped in 2007
Spanish: Our guys don't test positive, no WADA you can't see the contents of those bags.

Fixed it for you

He's probably talking about Ryo's claim about no physical gain with doping.

It's true. As a colombian, I can tell you that we don't dope. In fact, we don't take drugs. Unfortunately, we only traffic drugs from other countries and it flows through Colombia. Bad reputation, but its true. I will never need to take Viagra, for instance, nor "product enhancement" creams. Only bocadillo, agua panela & bandeja paisa is needed. The real Colombian weapon? pecueca.
