Well, I can't really find a result from him in a really long ITT, He did a 30+ km in Austria and finished second there...

NZ Championships, 40km, 2nd to Westley Gough, Gough is a decent TT but Sergent should beat him. It was January so probably did not really peak for it while Gough might have.
Commonwealth Champioships, 40 km, 9th, 4:15 behind Millar who won it. It was last year and I think he has improved since then but still not a great result.
So I have a very slight doubt about him at the distance, a very slight doubt.

I think he will set the fastest time from the first group but it might not be a very fast time.

They look pretty much the same

Well almost at least. The one you link to says rain not until after 18:00 while the one I link to says possibly rain in the afternoon. Not the biggest difference though, and it's from the same site so I guess yours could be as good as mine :)

Me too...
I also doubt a guy like Larsson... Allways well on a WC, for sure the distance won't be a problem for him, but he seems to be well out of shape all season.

Cancellara
Phinney
Martin

for me. And yes, I do realize Martin has been almost unbeatable this season.

he always does until the ITT at the Olympics and WC he will be there or there abouts - Also will want to give Riis the finger for not riding him this last 2 years.

Out of interest, where do you think Durbridge would place if he road in the elite TT?

Can't wait!

Should be a good battle for first and second, I'll go with Martin, been the best so far this year. 3rd shall be interesting about 5-6 riders who have a legitimate chance of getting it.

I think Cancellara has given up too much pure TT horsepower for improved climbing (not that it worked out that well), or maybe he just didn't train perfectly, but after disappointing all summer long basically, I'm not very optimistic about his chances today.

Top ten a real possibilty. He is probably about the same as Phinney or at worst slighty worse than Phinney. He was second last year in the Under 23 by only 2 seconds. He was 3rd at the Commonwealth Games last year, 1 minute behind Millar, 3 minutes ahead of Sergent. I think Phinney will get somewhere about 6-10 and no reason why Durbridge would not do about the same.

It should start raining at around 15:00-16:00. Not much, perhaps as little as just 1 mm, but it could have an effect with all the corners.

Oh gawd, do we really have to spend the day with someone commenting who can't even say "Bob-ridge".

Danish commentators says that the home stretch from Charlottenlund has a fairly strong headwind, and this is the part where things will be decided.

Sergant away. Should along with Mørkøv give us the first indicators of how fast today will be :)

edit: seems like the cameramen has been schooled for today, and told to actually film a bit of copenhagen besides the roadworks :D
