We wait all year for top drawer presentation of women's racing, and then they serve up an awful parcours with some even worse racing.

The women are capable of so much better. I expect better. No, better, I demand better. This is depressing and gives easy fuel to the detractors.

If this was the first women's race I saw, I'd probably be a detractor myself. I certainly wouldn't be much of a fan.

Exactly what Sweden want with a race like this I have no idea - Emma will need the speed up to get rid of the sprinters, they have 7 riders do something FFS

Just switched on as have been out all morning. Sounds as if it has been rather boring. A case of soft peddling en masse or all the bigger nations looking at one another waiting for them to do something?
That said, why is no one chasing Hughes? Britain, DO SOMETHING!!!
