You've got to appreciate his sense of humor though. From his twitter...

"I do have the oppportunity to win a TT today though. 1st across the finish line wins right?"

He was very optimistic in any case :D

Scorchio time from Kern...

And the expectations management continues. I'm guessing you think Wisconsin was good for Obama too.

It's a TT, what exactly are you planning to watch. All the interest is on the live timing screen, even after the TV starts/

Its still good to watch it on video. Better than staring at some words and numbers.

Schleck is about to start, lets bet, how many riders will pass him :D I'm gonna take a wild guess and say 5!

Didn't he hurt his knee yesterday?

Not that he would have done a particularly good time anyway.

Well we disagree in that case - Given a choice between understanding what is happening and looking at pretty pictures, I'll take the information.

Durbridge time looking a little less blistering now Bling rolls through 30 seconds behind.
Bling is actually a pretty good time trialist. He just rarely shows it.

Dan Martin went 2nd off, how many will finish ahead?

Its a score draw at the moment. Travis Meyer has blazed away into the distance but Martin has scalped his minute man Gerard. Sammy Sanchez started 3 minutes behind and has made up 2:20 odd already.

Anthony Roux goes second.

Westra will go through check one in a moment.

Not getting much prettier from Samu - have to hope this a very injury affected performance.
I assume that because you don't actually watch TTs you like to draw conclusions from the numbers only, but of course there's also such a thing as motivation. And recovery. What's the use of Samu going full gas today.

Westra not bad, how come Grabsch just can't perform in ITTs anymore ? Didn't he crush that World ITT a few years ago?
