It has been a few years now since `berto danced on the pedals and disappeared into the distance against top class opposition. Andy Schleck, Cadel and Froome have had his number in recent years.
Now we find out if the Contador of old is back, anything less and Froome will nick his lunch money on the final climb.

If Froome and Contador concentrate on each other like they did in stage 2 Kelderman could steal the stage and the jersey:D

So lets see, the race organizer designs a great showdown for the weekend, produces the entire thing for live TV, but we no channel to broadcast it?

Welcome to pro cycling.
Tinkoff for UCI president!:D

Right, that was the year AC won the Giro...so he had the Giro in his legs and iirc he crashed several times that year in the Tour. Not making excuses, just stating the facts. :p
It doesn't alter the fact that Contador hasn`t been able to show his rivals a clean pair of heels since his return to the sport. Purito and Valverde had his measure in the Vuelta and last year Froome had his measure in the tour.

I am as much a 'Berto fan as anyone, but the maestro has something to prove. Can he still ride away from a top class field. HE HAS NOT DONE SO IN LE TOUR FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

uci really needs to get a strong tv thing going online streaming off last hours etc.

Anyway if its wet then Spilak comes in to the reckoning, but surely if froome is even a little hit back by his crash Contador might come around him this time.
