He lost barely 29 seconds to Vinge today on a longer TT. And the guy, when in top form, can climb really well. He lost little time to Vinge/Roglic during the famous JV demolition at last years Dauphine MTF.
No reason O'Connor can't do a top five in the Tour again if the form is there. Hindley also.
I actually see them as serious podium contenders, maybe most likely to get there (obviously excluding the two mutants).

Mikkel Bjerg's wife is Emma Norsgaard. Not a complete unknown in the cycling world...

Why do you phrase like this? Ben O'Conner showed his ability in 2021 TdF. After a mediocre 2022, it seems he has recovered the level he had in 2021, plus at 27 we should expect him to be coming into his strongest years.

Wide road descent straight into a 120 degree turn on to a narrow steep climb. Going to be scary.
Honorable mention for Herregodts' 7th place in this quite hard TT. He paced himself well, since he was just shy of the top ten at the intermediates.
Mikkel Bjerg is sort of in the same category as Michael Mørkøv: a rider who is among the very best at what he is good at, but who also has a carreer with relatively few wins because he spends his energy on supporting others. The races have to be without the absolute top specialists if these two Danes are to make a podium.
