Terrible showings by Landa, Carapaz and Mas. The TT was no fluke for those guys.

Ineos really uplifting today, Bernal, Rodriguez and Rodriguez were better than you could have expected/feared. All with pretty solid performance. They will really benefit from the 3 weeks before Le Tour. Also, these guys are not doing to hot in the GC, so tomorrow will be very funny in that regard.

Vingegaard as expected.

Adam Yates is comfortably the 5th best 1 week stage racer in the world. Not particularly close to the top 4, but definitely better than everyone else.

Today but not necessarily 5th best over all

Hindley, O Connor , Gaudu and Mas will get better
Hindley is a slow starter and better as a GTs go on

These are the guys fighting fro 3rd in the Tour

I cant see anyone from INEOS on the podium

O'Connor will not get better than this. Carapaz and Landa should improve as well.

Vingegård winning in dominant fashion as expected. Adam Yates, Hindley and O'Connor showing very good shape as awell.

Max Poole continues to impress, finishing little more than a minute behind Vingegård is such a finish is impressive and Lenny Martinez is surely in better shape than Gaudu these days. Positive signs from the Ineos trio while Træn was also really good, climbing better than Johanessen these days.

Valter surprised me with how strong his pull was. At the same time, I think most GC guys were pretty ready to let go and not blow up to fight for podium later on the climb. I'm not sure I believe Yates will be this level at the Tour cause he has just such a tendency to get worse during GTs. Hindley looked good to me but the one time he actually was decent before a GT he disappointed me, at the Vuelta last year.

Valter looked very strong today and could possibly still be in contention for the Tour, if he can replicate that performance. But we'll see how the rest of the team gets on in Suisse, and if Kelderman and Gesink can avoid crashing out.

This is much better than 7th at Burgos which is a weaker race anyway.

Gaudu is just so bad here, he lost almost a minute on Alaphilippe.

Not good. I know some people are downplaying this (in France) with talk of "he'll be better next month", but I don't know. It seems like there's something wrong going on with his form since April.
