Was that Nibali with late attack? Was reported as Pelizotti, which would be surprise.

Nice win for Impey.

Exactly same question for me... CN and Eurosport saying it was Pellizotti, but it sure looked like Nibs.

If it was Delphino, then Nibs lost time as there was only single BHM rider in the first bunch.

Pelizzoti made a poor attack at the foot of the last climb (5k to go). He was quickly taken back before Teuns and then Alaf & kwiatko attacked.
Nibali attacked under the flamme rouge, but that didn't last more that 200m.

EDIT : well i'm not 100% sure it was pelizzoti with 5km to go, but it was a bahrein that was not Nibali.

I think it was Cortina on the last climb.
Nibali attack was at a good moment, when riders started looking at each other, but immediately stopped when Moscon got on his wheel obviously.

No comments on Ackermann? That's a mightily impressive third place among those guys.
I was actually thinking the opposite. Yes, impressive he was there in the group, but I thought he'd be by far the fastest in a reduced sprint where Alaphilippe manages 2nd. Maybe I misjudged him as a pure sprinter, based on his performances in the lesser Belgian classics this year.
