2.KWIATKOWSKI M. OPQ en 6' 10''

slower than boom, faster than kelderman, this is doable for him however, he'll bomb the last part

Westra fails to confirm. Faster than Kelderman at the climb, but same time as Spilak at the finish.
Impey however, went 6s faster on the last part. So I wonder how fast Kwiatek will go

Impey compared to who?

I didn't make myself clear clearly. I meant there will be a max of 35 seconds between 1st and 10th. Seems low, but I guess we will see.

How does that seem low? 35 seconds between the first 10 is a very big gap for 10k especially cause no ITT monster (Tony) is in this race.

No. Classical Boom implosion.

It's not just Boom that he has taken good time on in the second half.

edit: Kwia lost 8'' there...

Small gaps. But after Kwiatkowski failing I don't really know who will be the rider to "dominate"

The riders were able to recon the course this morning during the hour preceding the start of the first rider. “It's a very nice course”, described Ukrainian rider Andrey Grivko. “At the end of the end, the power will count because of the hill that is almost one kilometer long. In the last part, there's a head wind that will also make a difference between the favourites. It's a real test for the GC riders. The most favourite of them all is Chris Froome because of the hill. On the other hand, Nibali can gain some time in the downhill. But it's a good course also for Contador. It's a question of strength. It's a real test before the mountains. However, I don't think there'll be big gaps between the favourites and a time trial specialist who is not a GC contender might as well win today.”

Edit: Jungels fastest time!

Gaps are REALLY small. Much smaller than I expected.

Guess there won't be much more in it than seconds
