The thing is
Dave if you did believe in transparency then saying what it was in the packet would be just that - transparent. Having this childish game of "cant tell you" under the guise that its under investigation makes your position all the more ludicrous.
I particularly liked this bit not least because it is truly astonishing the lengths to which he will insult everyone's intelligence.

Dave so let me get this straight. A package containing medical products is hand delivered to your team, to one of your Doctors, who is the personal physician of your star rider at the time, preparing for the TDF, and you know nothing about it??
