Lol Rabo 2-3-4... and a weird unreliable Canadian who's only in form once in 3 years wins
What kind of uncalled-for reaction is this? Canadian national pride is easily hurt, it seems.Hairy Wheels said:Maybe you should follow bike racing outside the Netherlands for a change.
Svein just entered the European scene last year. 99% of his previous racing was done in the Americas. He was actually Mr. Consistency in those days. It's taken him some time to get going in Europe. Nothing new there. Last year at the Tour of California he had a bad crash resulting in a severe concussion that messed him up for a long time. He finished his first grand tour this year and maybe now he is starting to reap the benefits.
BTW I lived in the Netherlands for a season.....Canadians certainly don't have the patent on weird.

What happened to Bozic? Was expecting him to challenge.
sigsky said:Forgive my stupidity but I am completely confused by the jersey colors for this tour. I got it that white is the overall leader. I thought Eurosport said the young rider jersey was green. Is that right? We now have a points leader but what color jersey for him? KOM still to be decided, will he be wearing polka dots? Any other jerseys? Unable to find this info on the ENECO website.![]()
Dekker_Tifosi said:There is no KOM I think. Only points, leader, and young
Dekker_Tifosi said:Dude, I know Tuft.
I know his whole story.
This is just my way of saying he is terribly inconsistent. So if he is known as Mr.Consistent, he is doing something wrong the last 3 years
So don't preach me about things I already know. Jesus I'm not some moron, I follow cycling worldwide you know. Up to junior level. So sod off

maltiv said:1 km sprint Edvald? Bit too long maybe? Anyway, it was a nice try. And as I predicted, Team Sky once again completely screwed up in the wind. Was there a single team sky rider there at the end with Edvald?
catmiles said:They need more consistency, sometimes its almost as good as HTCs lead other days it just folds. However I don't think they could beat HTCs even if they were more consistent.
Libertine Seguros said:It doesn't matter how good the leadout is, Mark Cavendish and André Greipel will always outsprint Greg Henderson or Chris Sutton. No disrespect to Sky's sprinters, but they simply aren't the élites.
catmiles said:Btw anyone know what tomorrows stage is like?

Huge chance of making echelons in the cross winds though.
Because a large part is through Zeeland... which is pretty open to crosswinds from the sea![]()
Ryo Hazuki said:it's big wide open roads, so echelons!
