I haven't seen if anyone's confirmed or denied whether he did break a few vertebrae? All I'm seeing is talk about his "back pain". Strange we can't get better info.
He looks 20 in this one.
The weird thing about Roglic is that he looks comparatively big next to some other GC riders but when you see him in normal clothes next to ordinary people he is one anorexic dude
Only media constantly mentiones two broken vertebrae. Today's article in Peloton Slovenia cites exactly that.
Primož Roglič o nastopu na Vuelti: "Odločili se bomo v zadnjem trenutku"

Rogla posted a photo on his twitter account that he's back on bike/road.
Form shouldn't taper off super quickly. The question is how much damage he did to his form by continuing for a week. Not Remco prepared.
Not Remco prepared.
It did for Nibali in 2018.Form shouldn't taper off super quickly.
After 2022‘s TdF, I‘m curious to see what Primoz‘ position at Jumbo Visma will be in future.
If Vingegaard now goes for „Project 8“, winning eight TdF in a row as the first rider to do so, Primoz might be a domestique at future TdF for Jumbo.
If Vinge should go for the triple of Giro-Tour-Vuelta, Primoz could get his chance to win the TdF.
If WEDU, Lance Armstrong‘s brand, really should be chosen by ASO to present the Yellow Jersey of the TdF in future, then WEDU could try to hinder Jonas from accomplishing his Project 8. That would be good for Primoz, because it‘s his turn to win the TdF, then.
I said the same last year after Olympics RR. He was in pain and dropped early. I was like "no way he can recover and be competitive in the ITT". Then he destroys everyone in the ITT several days later. The question is how prepared can you get in two weeks? Even if his back is alright or healing properly.
Not Remco prepared.
Here we go again, just like with Bernal and Pog. People never learn..He has won one Tour, maybe relax a bit with project 8's or trebles...

Let's not pretend that both Slovenian superstars are capable at dethroning Vingegaard. He won one (1) TDF so let's not start with this conversation after he gets at least another two or three under his belt. TJV is strong but other teams and competitors won't sleep. I think both Slovenian superstars have other ideas regarding Vingos domintation on TDF

Let’s not pretend @Bonimenier ’s posts are worth responding to…Both are. Probably only one will be allowed
Not just training, but specific training, which I guess means high intensity work. He's apparently been training since Tuesday & has given himself another week to decide whether he goes to the Vuelta or not.
