Romandie is worse IMO because of the frequent *** weather, harder route, etc.. In 2019, Landa and Carapaz did Asturias the same week that Roglic did Romandie. The 2019 Giro was also much more backloaded.

I'd expect he would do his final hard training a week before the Vuelta start so Burgos probably fits, and results may depend a bit on when you come down from the mountain.

Which is gonna be a good training for the TTT in Vuelta. I expect the entire Vuelta team to be there except Vinge and Kuss.

Interesting prep for Rog comparing the previous ones. I also hope he trained his flat ITT, it's gonna be very important vs Vinge/Remco.

I don't believe this 'Vingegaard going as a domestique' nonsense. It is clear that Vingegaard is there to win the vuelta ahead of Roglic. I just wonder what this will mean to Roglas future with Jumbo.

There are different scenarios.
Of cause Vingegaard is trying to win the race, there was a little speculation before his announcement that maybe he should go as a dom. But that ended when Vingegaard looked at the camera and said he wanted to win.

If Roglic is allowed to race his own chances, if he gets adequate protection on the flats by his team and they keep him fed on the same level as Jonas. Then its decided by the strength of the riders and Rogi is probably fine with that, after all that is also what would happen if Rogi raced for a different team.

if Roglic feels he is a victim to team orders, during the race… then he will probably start looking at his options.
Or if he wins the Vuelta he probably wants to talk about next years tour with Jumbo and he might not like their response.

If Vingo is going for the win and race dynamics put Roglic in a position where he could dom Vingo but is not ordered to and as far the Vuelta goes, it makes no sense to quit Jumbo because of that IMO.
