Bull**** is it - people on here are posting about CFs watts (or at least quoting them) and implying they are supernatural. He didnt win today - so at least post the same for the other guy.

Its a fair discussion / argument because people often see a performance and say its unbelievable. To be able to say that you should post a comparison.

And before you rail at me as a 'skybot' or whatever is the latest term - I'm just trying to get unbiased info (which I know is difficult on a forum). I may be 'new' (as someone else put it) but that doesn't mean you can treat me with disdain for perfectly normal posts like this.

I havent a clue what you are on about but I see W/KG quoted on here for CF and I'd just like to know how that was done based on the fact that one unknown is the KG. At the same time why not look at who else was with him and do the same calcs. Thats fair isnt it?

Well I didnt really make a comparison other than to say that CF didnt win and that people were questioning his performance.

And I have no idea what you are on about with BPC and why you have 'already reported me'. Can you explain / expand?

You've moved from complaining about being attacked as a newbie to some very aggressive and pointed (and seemingly agenda-driven) posting.

One thing I forgot to mention as I was giving you the background on why some posters get a (semi) rude response when they come on board asking certain questions is that we've had a lot of banned posters come back with new user names and repeat their former agenda after a brief, if fake, introduction.

Of course creating a sock-puppet account after a ban is 100% grounds for a perma-ban for that person, so it usually gets cleared up pretty quickly.

Apologies if i came across as aggressive, not intended - more frustrated i would say.

The posts were querying CFs performance (fair enough) and quoting figures but at the same time not mentioning the winner who no doubt posted the same figures (assuming the same weight). I don't think it is off topic / outrageous to query what might be there for rider comparison.

As for your last point - never heard of a 'sock puppet' before (but could guess what it meant) so looked it up. I'm not one - and not BPC whatever that means.

Spilak came over the top of the climb on the same time as Froome so his W/kg figure must have been roughly the same, assuming they both started the climb from a similar position within the peloton. Happy now?

Of course, I haven't seen anyone defend Spilak. No one has accused him directly, that might be true, but that's because he's not very important.
