What are the w/kg for the winner today - I'd be interested to see estimations of that.

65% W/kg ?the sceptic said:what w/kg does he need to beat Riis on hautacam?
6.7w/kg over 34 minutes, not impossible for a Froome with a Bertie on his neckNetserk said:
How are those calculations made? ie do we know what CFs weight is? Without it any calcs are just speculation / meaningless.the sceptic said:what w/kg does he need to beat Riis on hautacam?
Check, mate. The Hitch said:Did froome say he had a chest infection. Cos chest infection is exactly what he claimed to have in June 2011 when he was asked about his health.
Turned out he had meant to say bilharzia, had just gotten mixed up and would only remember it on the podium of the vuelta 3 months later.
Then start a thread about Spilak, and dig up the numbers yourself. Asking other people to do your heavy lifting is pretty lazy.20SecondsToComply said:What are the w/kg for the winner today - I'd be interested to see estimations of that.
Not to mention that he probably had a tailwind and Horner would have beaten him.20SecondsToComply said:How are those calculations made? ie do we know what CFs weight is? Without it any calcs are just speculation / meaningless.
Seems like the brigade got reinforcements in April. Must be a necromancer in their party.ChewbaccaD said:That smell, I recognize that smell...
Bull**** is it - people on here are posting about CFs watts (or at least quoting them) and implying they are supernatural. He didnt win today - so at least post the same for the other guy.ChewbaccaD said:Asking other people to do your heavy lifting is pretty lazy.
I was hoping Froome had become so ridiculous that the skybot interns wouldnt have any more material..Netserk said:Seems like the brigade got reinforcements in April. Must be a necromancer in their party.
Is it Froome or Spilak in the thread title? Can you read?20SecondsToComply said:Bull**** is it - people on here are posting about CFs watts (or at least quoting them) and implying they are supernatural. He didnt win today - so at least post the same for the other guy.
I havent a clue what you are on about but I see W/KG quoted on here for CF and I'd just like to know how that was done based on the fact that one unknown is the KG. At the same time why not look at who else was with him and do the same calcs. Thats fair isnt it?the sceptic said:Not to mention that he probably had a tailwind and Horner would have beaten him.
I can read - its Froome, but the comparison has been made therefore provide the numbers and the analysis.Netserk said:Is it Froome or Spilak in the thread title? Can you read?
You made the comparison, so you provide the numbers and analysis...in a Spilak thread.20SecondsToComply said:I can read - its Froome, but the comparison has been made therefore provide the numbers and the analysis.
Well I didnt really make a comparison other than to say that CF didnt win and that people were questioning his performance.ChewbaccaD said:You made the comparison, so you provide the numbers and analysis...in a Spilak thread.
But you won't last that long BPC. I've already reported you.
You never do.20SecondsToComply said:Well I didnt really make a comparison other than to say that CF didnt win and that people were questioning his performance.
And I have no idea what you are on about with BPC and why you have 'already reported me'. Can you explain / expand?
You've moved from complaining about being attacked as a newbie to some very aggressive and pointed (and seemingly agenda-driven) posting.20SecondsToComply said:Bull**** is it - people on here are posting about CFs watts (or at least quoting them) and implying they are supernatural. Its a fair discussion / argument because people often see a performance and say its unbelievable. To be able to say that you should post a comparison.
And before you rail at me as a 'skybot' or whatever is the latest term - I'm just trying to get unbiased info (which I know is difficult on a forum). I may be 'new' (as someone else put it) but that doesn't mean you can treat me with disdain for perfectly normal posts like this.
The more ridiculous, the more 'bots.the sceptic said:I was hoping Froome had become so ridiculous that the skybot interns wouldnt have any more material..
I've googled it. British Poultry Council.20SecondsToComply said:Well I didnt really make a comparison other than to say that CF didnt win and that people were questioning his performance.

Apologies if i came across as aggressive, not intended - more frustrated i would say.red_flanders said:You've moved from complaining about being attacked as a newbie to some very aggressive and pointed (and seemingly agenda-driven) posting.
One thing I forgot to mention as I was giving you the background on why some posters get a (semi) rude response when they come on board asking certain questions is that we've had a lot of banned posters come back with new user names and repeat their former agenda after a brief, if fake, introduction.
Of course creating a sock-puppet account after a ban is 100% grounds for a perma-ban for that person, so it usually gets cleared up pretty quickly.
