I'm quite dumbfounded that she needs to bother seeking out comments to put her pov across. I mean, if Chris is clean and she knows that for a fact why doesn't she just not go searching stuff out. Very strange behaviour. If I was in Froomes shoes I would politely tell her to stop it as its of no relevance if she couldn't then she would be on the bike.

Does she work?, perhaps a full time job might help her mental health. Just saying....

So what you're saying is that she'd win the Tour next year? :D

Carlton Kirby commentating on British Eurosport certainly isn't convinced. He just described Froome's performance as "amazing" then corrected himself thus... "what about, incredible, unbelievable, fantastic in the original sense, but this isn't fantasy, it's reality." That's as blatant a dissenting voice as I've heard of late.

I don't think Kirby is that aware.

More and more I'm seeing the logic behind Movistar's tactics on Sunday. If I was the rest of the peloton I'd just race as if Froome wasn't there. Froome is so ridiculous he might as well be flat out ignored. Race for 2nd. ASO might give you the win in a couple of years, anyway.

It reminds me of The Hog's post discussing TdF favourites which completely ignored Froome. There's nothing else to be done.

Let's get this over with:

It's a second class field.

Last year he was second at the last TT so this is totally normal.

The wind doesn't hurt him due to Sky's ultraspecial aerodynamic techniques.

He's riding a Pinarello which is much more advanced than those shoddy Walzers of the other riders.

Tony Martin has hurt his ribs, so he's just second rate today.

Hinault, Lemond and Merckx also were good climbers and great at the TT. Froome is a tad better, the best climber and the best TT specialist, but that's because this is a second class field.
