Ideal scenario is for a dumped Froome to get busted in another team but what must scare DB is that dawg might squeal in exchange for 6 months.

It's just not the same without the Dawg's alien attacks and scarecrow riding style. Sigh....
I've been popping down to Wal-Mart on seniors day out to watch them push the trolleys around for my fix.

Indeed. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the tour roadside in Yorkshire and spending time with my family. Whole lot of catching up to do...

Indeed. He certainly would have animated today's stage with some good old fashioned uphill sprinting.

TDF had a "my first race" feature where each rider talked about their first bike race.

Froome said his first race was when he was 14 or 15 in Nairobi. Given Froome's tendency to just make these things up on the spot, I'm wondering if he talks about that in his autobio.

I do vaguely recall Froome fans defending him by saying he started cycling really late.

Weight

How nice to see Contador and Nibali at a healthy weight.

Yeh of course they are doped up but at least we dont have to look at an Anorexic Chris Froome continually in our faces...portraying an unhealthy definition of a sports professional.

I don't think Contador's fat % is a whole lot higher than Froome's. A bit, yes, but still not what I'd call healthy. He has veins bulging all over his body too.

I suggest you,re incorrect on that one - look at Contadors arms...they arent even thin by pro cyclist standards.

Would a muscle biopsy on the upper body benefit a climber? If so, do they do it? If not, why not?

It has to be healthier than the muscle dystrophy diet.

There was some info from Polish journalist after interview with Kwiato and Bodnar from OPQS yesterday-the called Froome "laboratory cyclist". However it sounds ;) they meant his awful technique, needing good weather, only concerned about his megawatts.

It's all muscle. I posted a picture of Alberto's leg a few days ago - his veins were showing through his shorts. He's not as skinny as Froome, no. But still very skinny.

the thesis that contador went down the froome road after rogers changed sky for saxo is an intriguing one.
