If you microdose in the evening you wont test positive in the morning, and given the altitude any reading to the
ABP are if I understand correct inconclusive and therefore not to be used to build a case...
I really do wonder if these altitude tests are just for show... So that both parties can pretend everything is fine...

Conclusion
Three to four weeks of LHTH at an altitude of 2300 m or more in-duces haematological changes in Olympic-level elite athleteswhich, in some cases, exceed the individually generated referencerange in the ABP. Training at altitude should be considered a con-founding factor for ABP interpretation for up to four weeks afterhypobaric exposure but does not consistently cause abnormalvalues in the ABP.
