I read it somewhere, don't remember where. Might have been on here or on twitter. I'm blocked but I assume it was one of her tweet-delete actions. She often tweets stuff then seems to realize that wasn't smart and then deletes it.

How does one get blocked from twitter? (yeah, I`m sure it`s possible, but what did you do?)`:)
Individuals twitterers can block others. It's like the forum's ignore function.

Yeah, that I did know. Thought he had managed to get blocked by twitter! (like a ban)
So sky would bother to block anyone tweeting something anti-sky or retweet anti-sky stuff? Seems like they would have to do that quite a lot then. haha.. amazing. Think I might check that out myself. ^^

Is it really that difficult to get an exact weight of riders on the Tour, Giro etc? Have sanctioned scales near the entry point and 4 teams a stage weighed that's 36 riders there or thereabouts and each rider weighed in 20 seconds (I'm being hugely generous here) so that's 12 minutes. Is it that difficult to do? It'd help the Uci wada etc ascertain each riders weight coupled with passport to generate a better understanding. In fact why not Vo2 them as standard publish everything just make things as transparent as possible. If there's an elephant in the room as always it helps unmask the huge animal. Brailsford and Kerrison plucking numbers out of a hat is no better than the FA cup 3rd round draw, and media laps that crap right up.

In theory thats a good idea and would be great however how much weight does a rider lose during a stage? Also I think riders/teams see weight as an important piece of data, so don't want their opposition knowing.

Sky have pretty obviously chosen 67.5 because Froome said he weighs between 67 & 68 depending on the amount he eats during a stage

That's the point everyone knows everything no secret numbers. 2 boxers are weighed in front of each other so it doesn't matter the number one normally beats the other. We all know JRod weights nothing compared to Krystoff for example. It makes the Rasmussen and Froomes more frowned upon by other riders and teams. Unnatural weight to power. Omertà needs breaking.

On another tip Hitch your video made me laugh out loud in the pub many times, props.

I'm not blocked from twitter, I got blocked by The Cound and Dawg back in 2012, I dropped a truth bomb on the Cound and she did not like :D , the rest of the Sky crew including Walsh and Fran Millar followed somewhere late last year/early this year. Some Belgian dude did some research a week ago and apparently I was the first person ever to mention getting blocked by Froome, it's something I guess :p

These days, you don't even have to tweet something bad about Froome, being a fan of Alberto Contador is enough to get blocked by the Fround duo.
Retweeting Digger_forum and mentioning Froome and Lance in one tweet are other things that guarantee a block.

He's 69kg usually according to a lot of sources on the web (probably all of them using the one on wikipedia :p ), and I doubt he's more than 2-3 kg lower than that when he's in shape for the TdF. Where did you get 64-65 from?
Didn't you read the quotes?

I meant where was his wife quoted as saying 64-65

that is counds post-coitus benchpress number. 2 sets. 8 reps. strict form.

If you want to get blocked by anyone associated with Sky, retweeting @Digger_Forum is enough.

Checked out that theory now.. ^^

Yes, Team Sky and especially Mr and Mrs Froome are very busy blocking people these days (though I suspect it's just Mrs Froome aka The Cound Hound who also blocks everyone on Froome's account)
And as I just posted, it's not even just those that tweet or retweet anti-Sky things. It's quite amazing :)

Like I said theory its a good idea but don't think many teams want opposition to know at a Grand Tour how much their riders weigh could be used as a competitive advantage.

Say if Quintana is overweight compared to normal, it would be much tougher for Movistar to say he's going to beat Froome in the mountains, so he might as well not turn up & vice versa,

Will be interesting to see how long it takes now that I`ve retweeted a critical digger forum tweet. I`ve not mentioned her, dawg or Sky in the tweet, so she would have to go into digger forum tweet and click on who has retweeted to find my name. I`ll be very impressed by her effort if she actually bothers!

Based on the tales we've heard of the blockage, it might be a script that does it, not Michele.

In a way that`s comforting. Disturbing that Sky would bother, but it would have been even worse if she is so obsessed with it, that she`d spend what must been quite a lot of effort in chasing down every critical tweeter. Anyways, way off topic. Bygones.

So, summing up:

Froome - 5.79/kg - winner
Gesink - 5.93/kg - lost 1:33
Adam Yates - 5.84/kg - lost 2:04
Ten dam - 5.5/kg - lost 4:25

https://twitter.com/vayerism/status/623474960074416128

Clearly Gesink, Yates and ten dam's powers numbers and/or the laws of physics must be incorrect. Sky's reported number of Froome's power is obviously beyond dispute and has now replaced the speed of light as the most certain universal constant.

No, she's made it private.

2 days ago Michelle came back onto Twitter, dmd some guy something like "*** off" and immediately blocked him to stop any response. It does seem she puts some real effort into it.

In other words Froome couldn't have won the stage with these numbers?

Correct. Seems like Sky just pulled some "clean" looking numbers out of thin air.

Not sure why they would do that, when it's so easy to prove they're lying.

Yes. Unless Yates and gesink power meters are both off simultaneously.
