reminds me of that time Froome complained about lack of testing of his rivals on Tenerife.

what a guy
Can you show me where Froome says his rivals haven't been tested enough on Tenerife?

"Three major TDF contenders staying on Mt Teide and no out of competition tests for the past 2 weeks. Very disappointing."

Froome taunting them like he thinks he's John Gotti.

Froomey is a 'made' man now! If they want to touch him they got to get the ok from the bosses!

I heard he faked the moon landings and masterminded 9/11...

Well, he was not excluding himself.

Tour de France champion Chris Froome has called on cycling's anti-doping bodies to raise the number of drug tests athletes go through after claiming that he and several other riders were not tested during a recent training camp on Mount Teide in Tenerife.

Well he made the statement after he left the Island but his competitors were still there so that excluded himself should the testers showed up at the hotel

I'd give Froome some credit for those statements if UCI had a Spanish president whose son is on Movistar's payroll and had formerly worked directly with several of Movistar's staff and had previously been the chief of Spanish cycling federation whose main sponsor had been Movistar.

You dont understand, Froomey is the genetic shavings of Merckx picked up off the Roubaix cobbles and grown by scientologists in an offwolrd colony and sent back to dominate cycling forever.....

Froome is awesome! Not only does he beat doped times up climbs clean, he orders the drug testers to test his dirty rivals. If that wasn't enough Dawg is ahead of the curve making sure all riders trying to beat him with a motor are apprehended by the UCI.

Go Dawg!!
Oh this, this exactly. Fgs.

Don’t forget, Dawg is the ONLY rider to undertake testing to prove that he is clean, in the name of transparency. He has also released power data at last year’s Tour. No other rider has done this.

It was in the media heaps. A simple google search will help you

...

He was talking about the poster making his own interpretation of Froome's comments in order to pick on the guy. Never did Froome say: "Contador och Nibali aren't tested enough".

really? are you sure I wasn't REALLY specific and referred to 'Tenerife', during a particular training block, in preparation for a particular year's Tour de France?

It wasn't that long of a post so there wasn't much scope for misinterpreting it. You somehow managed though. Congrats.

You have to admire the way Cound (the Dawg) has sorted out the English speaking press. They fall for it every time. hot story comes up, the Dawg calls for more testing, early mornings, more motor checks, visit Tenerife. It is a simple strategy and it satisfy most of his (rather ignorant) audience.

One should ask the question; how does Froome "inform" the UCI? Does he call up the hotline? Call Brian? Go through the CPA? Email someone? How does he actually inform them and why does he have a direct line into them?

Most strange.

Doesn't that remind you of when Armstrong informed the UCI about new doping methods? I wonder if Cookson and Froome are planning on buying the Tour together...

I wonder what else Froome has informed the UCI about?

I suspect we'll find out if LRP goes a little too well in July ;)
