You should apply for a RAB slot... You fit the profile perfectly, and these incidents will only strengthen your application ;)

I think I can be a perfect domestique for Gesink.

Buying some new tyres online at the recommendation of a friend, and while I wait for mine to arrive, my friend has had two punctures on these wonderful tyres.

Lots of people here have German flags flying for the World cup.

Until some idiots went around overnight and tore down and stole as many as they could.

Bull**** weather, crap weather, nut-shrinking 10°C and rain. It is the end of june in the northern hemisphere, this is just unacceptable. Just last weekend got my first tan lines and now this crap rain comes back!

Do you live in Germany? You just described our weather!

Susan

Same weather here. We have very similar weather to much of Europe. Cool wet winters, pleasant summers.

This year was a mild winter, followed by four months of spring drizzle. It's now June, and the weather is still stuck in April.

Webber has just crashed in the Valencia Grand Prix! Give that guy some luck! I bet it was those nasty spaniards who conspired against another australian.

Complaint: turning into a cross wind, that becomes a headwind. Really threatens to un-loose the front wheel.

Second: Audiobooks read by a crappy reader...

Noxious weeds

Poison Parsnip (the tall yellow green plants) a recently invasive plant taking over fields and roadsides. The leaves and stalks have a toxin which reacts with ultraviolet light causing serious blisters on skin. Extra caution on nature breaks.

I have been told that until they learned to make rope from it, people actually smoked this noxious weed! This made the smokers very relaxed, happy and filled with love for their fellow human beings. Naturally, governments around the world were upset by this and and in many countries it is a serious crime to possess or smoke.

For those of you who remember the story of my son and his run-in with the football hooligans, it was today decided that he needs surgery to repair his septum, within the next two weeks.

Susan

Good luck with that! It took them a while for the o decide he needed surgery on that?

Is Susan getting a trip to Rotterdam? Will she be at the tour at all? Will we here any complaints from her to her boss Mr benson?

My son's surgery has now been scheduled for next tuesday at 7 a.m. Great timing, what with school, vacation and the Tour de France, but what can you do?

Susan

Your not going to be missing out on much!;)

Getting a flat tyre on the ride to work which made me 20 minutes late. Although my supervisor had just driven into the parking lot 5 minutes after I arrived, so there is nothing to worry about.
