I would have no problem with that. It's his own fault.

Just a question..do you or the the guy who did the beat down on your son have prepaid legal assistance? When I lived in Germany and Belgium lots of people had a "lawyer service" that they paid for from parking tickets to pretty advanced legal issues.

That's all very nice in theory, but I can't forgive someone who messes with my child.

You could save a lot of money by just going out without a shirt and painting a big black foot print on your chest.

Susan

Will you be posting a pic of yourself in a Footon jersey?

Footon - Servetto - All4Cycling

So if I go to Melbourne and see somebody wearing it whilst riding then I'll know who it is.

You sure will. I am going to start up the Footon Servetto junior development team in Melborune so Footon servetto will be the next super power in cycling as I Auscyclefan94 along with Cadel Evans will be the great DS's of the team!

I rarely complain but.......

I had plans to catch the last few stages of the Tour but I just received an email to say there is a strike tomorrow by French Air Traffic Control and all flights are cancelled.....

I had a flight booked for the morning - so its really late to be changing plans- I have not given up hope yet, but they have got me in a bind. :(

Noooo, not British. I have been to the Tour many times, its always good.

Still have't given up - but I have exhausted planB to X, plan Y is getting in to another country and an 11 hour drive, which could include missing tomorrows stage to the Tourmalet!

Cuddles?:D;)

Normal, who needs that? Don't want it to be over... can't they just ride all the time?

----

This is terrible!! Being forced to interact with other people for 8 freaking hours! I'm sure there's some kind of health limit as to how much time with other people a human can stand!

(I'm... sorta asocial... can you tell...?)

Thats the beauty of cycling. We have 3 grand tours 21 days each thats 63 days. Then there are the classics + worlds, about 10 of them, so now thats 73 days. Then there are the big stage races, 5 or 6 of them , about 7 days each, so now thats about 110 days now. Im not even counting some big stage races like Tour de Suisse, tireno adriatico etc. 110 days Thats surely more than any other sport. Come to think of it, they are racing pretty much all year round.

As for being asocial, a lot of the great thinkers, writers philosophers were asocial. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, people are so stupid that “whenever they agree with me, I always feel I must be wrong”

And then there's the forum for building up to and coming down from each event which must add up to a further 100+ days to keep your head solely focused on cycling.
And.

And using the logic of the above (very paraphrased just to shorten my post) statement. The constant disagreements in these forums mean two things.

1. Everyone here must always be right, and
2. Everyone here must be a great thinker and writer

The Forum is making geniuses of us all, can't be wrong, that's coming from the great Oscar Wilde :D (. . .with the assistance of The Hitch).
