JV loses sponsors quicker than he loses good riders

he lost Ryder, Haas

he gained Rolland, Clarke, Craddock, Uran, Dombrowki, Woods

not bad

Also Martin. Probably the biggest loss.
He also gains Wippert, the first real bunch sprinter the team has had since Farrar lost his mojo.

Less big wins with Ryder and Martin gone, but lets be honest, how often did they get them? They will get a lot more wins at the HC/.1 level with their new riders and a more consistent presence in GT's with Uran.

I broadly agree. Martin is more likely to win something actually important in the next two years than anyone remaining on the team or anyone he's bringing in. And Hesjedal is still a big loss. But overall, given that they've kept Dombrowski and Formolo as well as bringing in a number of good riders, the team next year should be better balanced and bring more wins.

I'm not so sure about Hesjedal being that big a loss, his win tally is very lean since the 2012 Giro. The combination of Uran and Rolland in GT's is better than Martin/Hesjedal IMO.

Where Martin stands out is at Liege/Lombardia but Slagter, Rolland, Clarke and Uran can still make a big impact. Especially if Clarke and Rolland work together in a similar way to Gautier and Rolland at Europcar.

Has Tinkov become tired of his "toy"?

Then it could be a pure team Saxo. But they might need to find another sponsor.

Good, because they beefed up their squad again, despite losing Wippert and their site says that their application is in the final stages. A few of the riders seem to be planning their seasons around a similar year to last year too.

For the likes of Pinot, Bardet, Vichot, Vuillermoz, Barguil, Gallopin... :)

And the tough TT.

In Pinot's backyard. I can predict a lot of rides on the course (when it's made official) in his Strava log  . Anyway, that should make for a big name champ (no disrespect to the other guys), one that can turn the tricolore jersey into a yellow one in July.

Every year they register as a different random weird name, before announcing the new sponsor and team's actual name around early January.

They'll have some other name.

what is this? a parcours for ants? TT women junior 11 km; TT men junior & women elite 24 km; TT men u23 & men elite 40 km.

I guess they want to keep the time differences small on this pancake flat course to keep it a bit excited?

Innsbruck (Austria) to host 2018 World Championships.

According to DirectVelo, the Innsbruck course will be one for the climbers and will contain an eight-kilometre climb around 20km outside of Innsbruck. It reports that the there will be somewhere between 4,000 and 4,500 metres of altitude gain across the elite men's course. The time trials could also feature some steep ascents.
