The break was filmed from behind more than half the time from the last climb to the finish, the peloton always had a moto in front of them.Definitely not.
But I don't think that was the main reason they managed to stay away.

We’ll have to excuse his ignorance. He sits far back in the peloton for almost the whole race so doesn’t notice that there is always a moto in front of the peloton.
Amanuel Gheberigzabier, the Giannis Antetokounmpo of names in pro cycling.Pietrobon a popular target but the thinking man knows it's Pieter Serry and Amanuel Gheberigzabier murdering everyone's legs on that first climb for no reason, send all hate their way.

Lipowitz lost a minute...
I didn’t say anything about wheelsucking—all sprinters need to stay in the pack and have teammates work for them. My point is from that position none of the sprinters have much a sense of how often there is a moto in front of the peloton and of course they have No Idea Whatsoever how much time motos helped the break.Yes, the Madrid stage and Limburg last year really proved that he is a loser wheelsucker....
I picked him on my fantasy team more because I thought he could get some stage wins or placings and less because of GC aspirations, so I'm fine with him shipping time and getting a longer leashWonder how that happened. He definitely will not be going for GC at this rate of random time losses.
He burnt all his matches in a valient effort. What a great finish!! What an awesome, but unsuccessful move by Polti..
Unless he lost it by letting go in the final kms, it makes little sense. It's not enough to get a free pass to go in breaks. And riding alone 1m behind the peloton is hardly saving energy either.Perhaps Lipowitz lost time on purpose
He was almost too good as a mountain dom the other day, let him off the leash and go for some stages+KOM maybe
Which rate of random timelosses do you mean? He couldn't follow on the first day. So the only random loss was today. Or did he lose time in other stages?Wonder how that happened. He definitely will not be going for GC at this rate of random time losses.
I wish someone would give him a tissue, clearly the sweat is stinging his eyes.Valgren interview. Touching upon what he's come back from.

Pogacar makes the race. This Giro is already better than last year. The difference we have in a race is explained by having a pure racer/attacker instead of a mountain sprinter.what a great Giro so far
All 4 in the breakaway deserved that win
Yeah, I don't remember that either.Ok, ah riddle!
But I fear I am lost.
I mean it's Menchov 2007 I guess, but I don't understand the connection. Or maybe I forgot Menchov regularly loosing time randomly in GTs.
